These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AuraCast services, including the website (https://jsglow.name), the Windows desktop application ("Desktop App"), the Discord bot ("Bot"), the radio streaming service ("Radio"), and our API (collectively, the "Services"). By using any of these Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. By accessing the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission.
Access to certain features requires authentication via Discord OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Discord account, you authorize AuraCast to access your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and associated email address in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. AuraCast is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

The Radio feature provides access to internet radio streams sourced from publicly available directories (including Radio Browser). AuraCast does not own or operate the radio stations. Stream availability is subject to the policies and technical conditions of each individual station.
Radio playback via the Discord Bot requires an active Premium subscription. Free accounts may browse, search, and favorite stations (up to 10 favorites), but may not initiate voice playback.
Premium features are available through a paid subscription processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize AuraCast to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis. All prices are stated in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled at AuraCast's sole discretion and in accordance with Stripe's refund policies. AuraCast does not store payment card details — all billing is handled by Stripe.
The Owner account (Discord ID 308563801849069578) has permanent Premium status and is exempt from all tier restrictions.
The AuraCast Discord Bot ("Bot") operates under Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. By inviting the Bot to your Discord server, you agree that AuraCast may store your server ID, server name, member count, and voice session data to provide the Services. Server administrators are responsible for ensuring Bot usage in their server complies with these Terms. AuraCast reserves the right to remove the Bot from any server that violates these Terms.
The AuraCast Windows Desktop App ("App") is provided as-is for personal use. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App. The App transmits usage data (such as radio play history and preferences) to the AuraCast API to provide functionality. Auto-update functionality may be included in future releases.
An Android application is planned for future release. When available, it will be subject to additional terms specific to mobile platforms (Google Play policies). These Terms will apply to the Android App upon release.
AuraCast and its logos, branding, and UI are proprietary to AuraCast. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. Station logos, artwork, and broadcast content belong to their respective owners.
AuraCast reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. If your account is terminated, your Premium subscription will not be automatically refunded unless required by law.
Radio listening history is retained for 90 days. Account data is retained until account deletion is requested. Upon request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations requiring retention.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AURACAST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF MALICIOUS COMPONENTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURACAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, through in-app notices or Discord announcements. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AuraCast operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
